Gearing up for the “M” Day

All runners have made mistakes at some point during their training and racing. Most of the runners have doubt about proper Nutrition required for them. To make sure that you enjoy every moment of the run, you must practice regularly and be geared up with the essentials. With only few days remaining for the race, below mentioned are few important points which must be kept in mind to get maximum benefit out of the run.
